At different times of the year – often on request – RICA organises short training sessions and competitions for HR Honours Programme students. These are mostly students in their second and third year who want to become acquainted with solving transdisciplinary problems of real companies. By offering workshops and videos, students from RICA – often participants in Agile Consulting (6th semester) or All Stars Rotterdam (7th semester) – train their fellow students in the case method for a day. The next day there is usually a short competition with case alumni as judges.

The RICA organises an HPCC for any program or institution that would like to offer this to its students.
