The Rotterdam International Case Academy (RICA) is run by passionate professionals who believe that business needs employees who can work independently, efficiently and multidisciplinary. The remedy? Case-based education! Give a multidisciplinary student team a tough business case, add time pressure and an element of competition, and the students will exceed.
