The Rotterdam International Case Academy (RICA) is run by passionate professionals who believe that business needs employees who can work independently, efficiently and multidisciplinary. The remedy? Case-based education! Give a multidisciplinary student team a tough business case, add time pressure and an element of competition, and the students will exceed. To keep doing this, we are looking for your support!

You will find these managers of the future with us: Rotterdam International Case Academy, part of Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. A triangle of students, trainers and companies that develop and solve business cases together. Together, they are also part of national and international case competitions every year where top talents compete against each other for the best solutions. The icing on the cake is the annual ROCA, our own top competition in which renowned universities from all over the world participate.

• Employer Branding: We put you in touch with a large group of talented students; these students have already been pre-selected and have at least six months of company experience. You get to know the students and the students get to know your company.
• Exposure: Through the Rotterdam International Case Academy, your company is brought to the attention of many students (in cases, in competitions, in workshops and in case-based semesters).
• Agile Solutions: Young creative teams look at your company’s challenges in a different and often refreshingly future-oriented way. No months of coaching, but often an idea and an action plan within a day.

– 4th year students: 25 per year

In addition, through internal (spin-off) case competitions:
