The Norwegian Business School in Oslo organises an International Case Competition in spring. Twelve prestigious schools from all over the world are invited to solve 2 real business cases, provided by the strategic partners of the business school. Focus is on sustainability.
The teams receive the first case a week before arrival. At the start of the competition, the teams are divided into 2 divisions of 6 teams each and present their first case results to the company. The two winners then play against each other. The preparation time for the second case is 30 hours. Before the teams get the second case, the case is introduced by the company and teams get the opportunity to ask the “problem owner” questions about the company. The teams are divided into 3 divisions; the 3 winners play a final round to determine the winner of this case.
