The Rotterdam International Case Competition Bootcamp (RICCB) is a European business case training competition on a small scale; organised late September by RICA.  The intention is to train and coach teams in order to prepare them for participation in major competitions later in the academic year. Improving, not winning, is the main goal of the RICCB. That’s why the feedback that each team will receive after each match, plays a very important role.

The RICCB lasts for 2 days and guarantees all teams 3 matches, tackling a total of 3 different cases with different preparation times. Two divisions of 5 teams each are formed; the winner of each division decides in a final match who wins the RICCB. Team coaches and case alumni will form the jury panels and provide feedback.
