In the spring of 2025, ten student teams embarked on Agile Consulting. Along with the other case-based semester, All Stars Consultancy, this is one of the most challenging, yet most rewarding semesters that Rotterdam University AS has to offer.

The first phase focuses on training students in essential consulting skills, ranging from Marketing to Operations and from Finance to HRM. Additionally, other key skills such as Presenting and Working in a High-Performing Team are developed.

After a rigorous oral exam, the teams have now started working on real-world business challenges for various companies in the region. All Stars students have collaborated with companies to create cases that Agile Consulting students are now tackling. A better synergy between students and alumni is hardly imaginable.

At present, five teams are working on an urgent challenge from Van Oord, while another five teams are addressing a pressing issue for Catering op Maat. More companies will follow soon. It promises to be another exciting semester!
